Meet Beth

Hi, my name is Beth Gee.

Grad Cert Career Development
(Currently studying Grad Cert - Dec 2025)
Bachelor of Law
After moving to Australia from Wales in 2011 having completed my Law Degree, I began my career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Over the past 14 years, I’ve worked across both agency and in-house roles, recruiting for temporary and permanent positions at all levels, from graduates to senior leader

My experience spans a broad range of industries, including administration, finance, legal, design, procurement, compliance, and marketing. Throughout this time, I’ve interviewed thousands of candidates and reviewed countless applications.

In late 2023, I was diagnosed with ADHD. This was a turning point that clarified my purpose: to make the world of work more accessible for individuals with ADHD. Today, I sit on the Executive Leadership Team at ADHD Australia, and combine my post-graduate studies in Career Development and Career Counselling, my recruitment expertise, and my lived experience to provide a human-centred, strengths-based approach to coach and support neurodivergent professionals on their career journey.
