Meet Jane

Hi, my name is Jane Allen - I'm so happy you have made it to Reframe.

Welcome to a space where pathways are explored, reframed and possibilities can unfold.
My own journey has been full of twists and turns. For a long time,
I believed a career-for-life was the only measure of success, but I came to realise that change builds adaptability and a love of learning.

We're all a work in progress - the most rewarding journeys are rarely in a straight line.

I specialise in supporting NDIS participants, neurodivergent individuals, and people recovering from serious injury. My qualifications in Career Counselling and Rehabilitation Counselling, combined with empathy, resourcefulness, and kindness, shape my practice.
As both a professional and a parent, I have navigated mental health challenges and neurodiversity. These experiences guide my strengths-based, neuro-affirming approach to supporting others.
