Meet   Chris

Hi, my name is Chris Frith

Masters Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling
Bachelor of Behavioural Studies (Psychology)

I’m Chris - a curious, empathetic, and proactive Rehabilitation Counsellor with practical experience supporting clients across Lifetime Care, NDIS, and workers’ compensation schemes. I’m passionate about helping people explore and create meaningful pathways back to vocational activity following injury or illness, so they can continue to live and participate in society to their fullest.

Before moving into the vocational space, I worked across a range of industries including film and television, education, disability support and hospitality, both in Australia and overseas. These diverse roles and settings have shaped how I relate to people and strengthened my ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life.

I work reflectively and value strong supervision and collaboration. My approach is calm, thoughtful, and person-centred. I take the time to understand each individual’s circumstances, strengths, and goals, and

aim to provide support that feels structured, respectful, and achievable rather than overwhelming. I’m drawn to this work because it allows me to offer support that is practical, compassionate, and focused on real, everyday change.
