Meet   Pal

Hi, my name is Pal Kaushik.

Masters in Psychology
Grad Dip Psychology
Bachelor of Business Management

I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent people to navigate work, life and career pathways in ways that recognise how their brain works, rather than expecting them to fit into systems that may not work for them.

As a neurodivergent person myself, I understand some of the challenges that can come with managing routines, energy, expectations and the demands of work. I also understand the importance of recognising the strengths, skills and different ways of thinking that neurodivergent people bring.

My approach is strength-based, person-centred and practical. I work alongside clients to build routines and strategies that work for them, manage energy and overwhelm, develop confidence, and take achievable steps towards becoming work-ready.

When someone is ready to enter or return to work, I can support them to identify suitable roles and environments, develop job-specific skills and prepare for the realities of the workplace. Importantly, my focus isn't simply on helping someone get a job - it's about helping them find ways to participate in work that are sustainable for them.

I have experience supporting people across rehabilitation, return-to-work and employment settings, and I bring a strong understanding of mental health, trauma and workplace wellbeing to my work.

Above all, I want neurodivergent clients to feel understood, supported and empowered to build work and life systems that work with their brain, not against it.
