I am a qualified Career Development Practitioner, credentialed with the Career Development Association of Australia, with extensive experience across career development, higher education, HR, adult learning, change management, research, advocacy, and community development.
I’m passionate about helping people find meaningful work that fits with who they are and the life they want to lead. I support young people exploring their future options, as well as adults navigating career change, transition, or a new direction.
Having experienced career change myself, I understand that finding your next step isn’t always straightforward.
My approach is caring, collaborative, and tailored to each person. I combine evidence-based career development strategies with thoughtful conversations and practical activities to help clients better understand their strengths, interests, skills, and possibilities.
I believe you should always be in the driver’s seat when it comes to your career. My role is to work alongside you to build clarity and confidence, explore meaningful possibilities, strengthen your job-seeking skills, and develop the tools to navigate career and life transitions now and into the future.
