Meet   Sarah

Hi, my name is Sarah Magnisallis

Masters of Autism and Neurodiversity
(Currently studying Masters - Nov 2025)
Grad Cert in Disability Studies
Dip of Vocational Education and Training

I am an experienced educator and disability practitioner with a focus on neurodiversity, cognitive disability, and trauma-aware approaches. My work is grounded in neuro-affirming, evidence-based practice and shaped by the lived experiences of my clients and the broader neurodivergent community.

With qualifications in Disability Studies and Adult Education, I bring practical insight into what inclusive, person-centred practice looks like across educational, clinical, and community settings. Over the past 15 years, I have worked extensively across the youth, education, and disability sectors, supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs and significant trauma histories.

My work has centred on capacity building and behavioural support, empowering individuals to develop practical skills, self-advocacy, and confidence. I have held roles within vocational and further education environments, as well as private practice and day services, where I have facilitated capacity-building initiatives to help young people and adults strengthen employability skills, use positive behavioural supports, and successfully transition into the workforce, further study, and beyond.

I have also delivered professional learning across higher education and community contexts, equipping educators, future workers, allied health professionals, and support staff with practical tools and theoretical understanding to create environments that genuinely include and empower neurodivergent individuals.
