Reframe can partner with you, your therapists, employers and disability employment services to help you explore yourself and potential pathways. We can assist you to develop a plan with individualised supports and practical strategies to help you work towards your work goals.

Sessions are offered either face-to face or via teleconference .

    Self Discovery and Job Discovery Reframe Career vocational counselling sessions can help you to: Explore and understand your interests, strengths, skills and values Consider your disability, illness or injury when considering your possibilities Visit workplaces to find out more about the job Connect with others who are working in careers of interest Make sense of career information including study pathways, workplace adjustments, course funding, scholarships and apprenticeships. Widen or narrow down your options
  • I already have some job and course ideas but need more help
    Gain and maintain meaningful employment Reframe Careers vocational counselling sessions can help you to: Prepare for paid work, study or volunteering Enrol in a course and link with relevant support services Participate in volunteering or work experience Develop a resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile Consider the pros and cons of disclosing an injury. disability or health condition when job seeking Gain the skills and confidence to job seek and attend interview independently Partner with employers, disability employment services and/or Job Access to ensure workplace equipment and modifications are in place for both the recruitment process and on commencement of employment Register with a disability service employment provider to widen your support services Support to maintain employment once gained or onward referral to post placement support

  • I am supporting an NDIS participant
    Reframe Careers welcomes referrals from NDIS Support Co-ordinators, parents, psychologists and other professionals. Contact me initially to discuss suitability of my services for your client/family member. Alternatively you can complete our NDIS Referral Form. ​ As a Rehabilitation Counsellor I have experience working with people experiencing injury, disability and chronic health conditions. I am also well placed to work with clients with Autism. ​

Reframe consists of a team of Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellors. We are Allied Health Professionals who work within a participants NDIS plan to provide the above supports. The supports can be delivered, with a participant's agreement, as per the below items found in the NDIS pricing guide:
