I am a Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor with over 20 years of experience supporting people across a wide range of industries and life circumstances. I have a background in complex mental health, physical injuries, brain injuries, and neurodiversity, and I bring lived experience with ADHD alongside personal experience supporting people with autism.

Alongside my work in vocational rehabilitation, I have also worked across horticulture, sales, hospitality, and real estate, among many other fields. I’m a lifelong learner who loves a challenge and thrives on problem solving. I enjoy thinking outside the box to develop tailored strategies, uncover my clients’ goals, and support them to work towards achieving them.
